Emily Adams

Emily studied Theatre and English Literature at Aberystwyth University before touring nationally across the UK. She has since worked with numerous theatre companies including Riding Lights (York), Chickenshed (London) and The Contact Theatre (Manchester) and performed in a variety of venues including Belmarsh Prison, York Minster Cathedral and The Royal Albert Hall, London.

In 2010, Emily moved to the US where she performed with the St Louis Shakespeare Company, Independent Actors and in the Women’s Play Festival before co-founding her own site-specific theatre company, GreenHouse Theatre Project with Elizabeth Braaten Palmieri (http://greenhousetp.org). During this time, Emily performed, directed and wrote for the company including performances of The Three Sisters, MacbethTartuffe, Romeo and Juliet and an original version of The Nutcracker.

Emily has now moved back to her home country in the UK and is excited to launch the British sister company of GreenHouse Theatre Project. She looks forward to producing more site-specific theatre and working with some of the best creative talent in the Midlands and North West.

Rebecca Taylor

Rebecca completed her PGC at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in Directing Text and has since gone on to direct numerous productions including A Different Time (JB Shorts 15), Little Fish (Library Theatre) and Flag (24:7 Theatre Festival, Manchester & Studio Salford). She has worked as the Assistant Director on Can’t Pay? Won’t Pay! (Bolton Octagon), Manchester Sound: The Massacre (Manchester Library Theatre), Wanted! Robin Hood (Manchester Library Theatre), and Moby Dick (Slung Low R&D). Becky is a professional musician and has composed scores for numerous theatre companies and frequently plays in her own band, Taylor and the Mason.

She is thrilled to become Co-Artistic Director of GreenHouse Theatre Project and looks forward to producing yet more engaging work for both performers and audiences.
